COVID-19 has changed all of our lives. We are trying to adjust to all of the changes, keep up with new information, and adapt to the “new normal” we are living in. The Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) is here to support you during this challenging time.
Here you will find virtual resources meant to help stimulate and relax your senses. By taking just a few minutes each day to focus on relaxation, you can reduce the negative effects of chronic stress on your overall well-being.
We encourage you to take a moment and look around, try some things out, and share these resources with anyone whom you think might benefit from them.
